Team

Motaworld Racing was established in 1991 by Alan Waite and has competed at both National and International level.

During the nineties several seasons were spent competing in the Formula Opel Euro series before switching to Formula Renault in 1999 both in the UK and Europe. Formula 3 was added to the team portfolio in 2002 and Formula BMW UK from 2005 to 2007, then Formula BMW Europe and Formula BMW Pacific from 2008 to date.

Alan is also head of team engineering and over the years has, himself, engineered cars to championship wins as well as race wins and podiums.

Motaworld has a history of training and developing young driver talent as evidenced by the fact that several of its drivers over the years have been nominated for the prestigious Autosport Awards.

Motaworld is a respected Team at junior level and has very good connections with top teams in Eurocup Formula Renault, Euroseries F3, GP3 and GP2 and through its management programme led by our Driver Development Manager, Alf Boarer, can help with the advancement of Team drivers' careers by giving them the very best of opportunities in higher categories.
